Children use mobile devices more and more, can become addicted to it, and not spend enough time with their family or friends. They are more likely to be physically connected with friends and share pictures and text messages online instead of meeting them in person and interacting with them, which makes them lose many important social skills that develop and appear with actual interaction and direct relationships with friends and family, which makes them vulnerable to many problems later in their lives.
2- Health problems
Excessive use of mobile devices may be harmful to children's health. The more they use mobile devices, the less physical activity they do. The problem is that playing games online is coupled with snacking, replacing a balanced diet. Since kids spend more time in front of these screens, they spend less time playing and running and burning calories outside and may not spend any time playing and running. Over time, these habits can lead to significant weight gain.
3- Browsing online can be dangerous
While surfing the Internet, we often encounter harmful things like scams, viruses on devices, and other dangers disguised as ads. In addition to completely unwanted content that your child may be exposed to by chance or out of curiosity. Most adults know it and can easily avoid it, but what about our children?
