  4. Leafy Green Vegetables. If you’re in the mood for a snack, then don’t have a cookie or chips...better have some tasty leafy green vegetables instead! Filled with plant chlorophylls, the leafy veggies help clean toxins from the blood stream.
  5.  Turmeric. Your favorite spice may be paprika or black pepper, but your liver’s favorite is doubtlessly turmeric! Add a pinch of turmeric to your food and you can rest assured that your liver will be clean and happy.
