God Almighty says, “And We made from water every living thing.”      This is the biggest evidence of the importance of water to everything in our lives. Water is the basic building block for human health, plants and every living creature on the face of the earth. The human body is mainly composed of water, as more than half of the human body is made up of water, and it is considered one of the basic components of the skin, blood plasma, and muscles. It also regulates body temperature and protects sensitive tissues.

It also works to regulate body temperature and protect sensitive tissues.

      There are recommendations from the American Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine on fluids from water and other drinks and foods, estimated at 20% of the daily fluid intake the body gets from food and drinks. She recommended a daily fluid intake as follows: ---

About 2.7 liters of fluid for women.

About 3.7 liters of fluid for men.

  

   There are many benefits of drinking water for the general health of humans, including: ---

• Strengthening the immune system, drinking enough water for the body helps to expel germs and viruses from the body.

• Protection from pain and infections.

• The freshness and beauty of the skin and the enhancement of skin health in general.

• Protection of the digestive system from infections and ulcers, and the prevention of digestive disorders.

• Concentration.. Drinking enough water helps in making the brain more focused, strengthening memory and improving mood.

• Make joint movement easier.

• Avoid urinary infections and prevent the transformation of minerals and salts into kidney stones.

• Helping in losing weight, drinking water when feeling hungry suggests a feeling of satiety.

• Helping the heart to pump blood to the rest of the body, thus maintaining blood circulation in the human body.

The benefits of water are great and impressive for health and of great importance to the continuity of life for all living things. We must enjoy this blessing and make use of it in every way. Without water we can only survive a few days
