         God Almighty says, “And we made from water every living thing”…       This is the biggest evidence of the importance of water to everything in our lives. Water is the basic building block for human health, plants and every living creature on the face of the earth. The human body is mainly composed of water, as more than half of the human body is made up of water, and it is considered one of the basic components of the skin, blood plasma and muscles. It is considered the engine of all body functions, works to dissolve salts such as sodium and potassium, and transfers them to their functions in the body. It also regulates body temperature and protects sensitive tissues.            There are recommendations from the American Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine on fluids from water and other drinks and foods, estimated at 20% of the daily fluid intake the body gets from food and drinks. She recommended a daily fluid intake as follows:-- - About 2.7 liters of fluid for women. - About 3.7 liters of fluid for men.           The benefits of drinking water for human health are numerous.

The benefits of water are great and impressive for health and of great importance to the continuity of life for all living things. We must enjoy this blessing and make use of it in every way. Without water, we can only survive a few days.
