1.Start your day right. There is no better way to start your day than drinking a smoothie that could energize you. Pick something that’s high in fiber to help the body get rid of toxins and provide it with the vitamins and minerals needed.

 

2. Get ready for tomorrow today. Before you leave your office make sure to end your day by getting ready for the next one. This would help you in realizing what you’ve accomplished in the day and inspire you to be more productive the next day.

 

3. Never touch things twice. To be more productive, you need to learn not to put things on hold. Once you start something finish it until the end to mark it as done on your to-do-list.

 

4. Start with the toughest. Start your day with the least appetizing and the most dreaded task on your to-do list. Once done with this one, you’ll be freed up to do the rest of the tasks excitingly.

 

5. Don’t multitask. No need to divide your attention; focus on one task to finish it more productively and faster. Multitasking is a real productivity killer.

 

6. Take a lunch break away from the office. Instead of eating lunch at your office, find the nearest place where you can step away and enjoy yourself. Also it would be great if you could take a lunchtime stroll.

 

Finally, Thomas Edison once said “Time is really the only capital that any human being has, and the only thing he can’t afford to lose.” That’s why it’s important to learn to be more productive and use this capital wisely.
