Position: System Engineer (Job Code: SE)

Work Location: Maadi

HE/ She has Experience in  supporting Microsoft servers and applications, Active Directory and  Exchange servers. He/She will be responsible for recommending, designing and deploying Microsoft based solutions in Medicare Network all over the region.A Microsoft Systems Engineer will be required to perform various tasks such as developing a local area network, installing and configuring software, creating and managing user and group accounts, analyzing and optimizing system performance, troubleshooting system and printing problems, training end users, and working as a system administrator.. This is a full time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience.

Required knowledge and experience 


  • -  Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering with strong academic performance
  • - 3-5 years working experience in a similar position
  • -Reverent certifications are required
  • -Hand on experience in routing & switching, configuring Cisco routers, Cisco ASA, -VPN, IBM & HP servers
  • - Strong knowledge of VoIP, Cisco call manager
  • -Hand on experience in Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, Exchanger server, Symantec Messaging Gateway (mail security)
  • -Familiar with Securing Routers and Switches, Cryptography and Secure Communications , Antivirus solutions (Symantec Endpoint), and Wireless Security and network security devices (Firewalls, IDP, NAC, IPS, IDS…)
  • -Familiar with E-Fax and Backup strategy solutions

Travels throughout assigned territory to meet with  regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and compile information on competitive products or to  talk with customers on company’s program or by phone. Displays or demonstrates company programs , using brochures  or catalog, and emphasizes saleable features. Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience.
